🎉 Confetti Pop for GameMaker

Confetti Pop is a super simple package for GameMaker that lets you spawn a satisfying burst of confetti anywhere! It's great for rewards, level completion, UI feedback, or just making things feel good.

🎮 Try it Out!

In the game above, first click on "Run asset pack" and then just click around the trophy! Pop! Confetti time!

💡How to Use

  1. Import the included .yymp file into your GameMaker project
  2. Call:
    confetti_pop(x, y);
  3. Enjoy

I basically cleaned up the code quite a bit, and made it all into a single object now. I Capped the particle refresh rate a 60 fps (since my game is not capped) and made it so that the confettis look like they are rotating around the Y axis.  My game is higher resolution than the exemple, so I made the confettit slighly bigger.
